One of the painting I did on location in the National Forest.  Gouache on wc paper.

Fall ending

Fall ending....

Orange & gold, sparkle in the light.

A cool breeze.

Leaves shimmer and fall to the ground.

Trees bare for Winter's white.

Ice, snow & freezing winds lace around the barren limbs

As the last leaf falls.

I sense the light within, warmth of heart shines in Winter's night.
